The Love Team

You were invited
for a reason.

Someone who loves you has asked you to help them find love. That trust is not ordinary, and neither is what we are about to ask of you.

What This Invitation Means

You see them clearly.
That's exactly the point.

No algorithm knows their history the way you do. No stranger understands what lights them up, what they've been through, or what a genuinely right partner looks like for them. You do — and that is precisely why you were chosen.

"This is not a task. It is a labor of love. And TrueLuvTake2 gives you every tool you need to do it well."

Your history
You bring lived knowledge no photo or paragraph can capture: their humor, their heartbreaks, their nonnegotiables
Your discernment
You vet with love and honesty, bringing an outside eye and a vested interest in their happiness
Your presentation
When the moment comes, you present — not a notification, but a personal, curated act of love
Adult children — the heart of the Love Team

"You've always known what they deserve. Now there's a way to help them find it."

For Every Person Who Loves Them

"You know who they are when no one's watching. That's the insight only you can bring."

Maybe you're their adult child, and you've watched your parent move through loss, growth, and a quiet readiness they may not even name out loud. Maybe you're their closest friend, the one they call when something real happens. Maybe you're a sibling, an aunt, a mother, a father: someone who has always seen what they deserve in love, even when they couldn't see it themselves.

They are not going to do this for themselves. Not because they have given up, but because starting over in public asks something no one should have to give twice. You can carry that part.

Who Can Be on Your Love Team

Two roles. One shared purpose.

A Love Team is 2 or 3 people — three is ideal. Up to 2 Adult Children, and always at least 1 Trusted Love Advisor.

Role One

Adult Child

You have watched your parent love and be loved. You know what brings out their best, and what a genuinely available partner looks like.

  • Browse The Garden together — photos, videos, and essence statements
  • Discuss candidates with your team and look for signs of genuine availability
  • Present your chosen candidate with a personal note from the heart

Role Two

Trusted Love Advisor

You are a close friend, a sibling, someone they chose to hold this with them. Their trust in you is total.

  • Answer three reflective questions about the person you love and their readiness
  • Join the Love Team in reviewing and discussing candidates
  • Help present a candidate when the moment arrives
The Love Team Journey

Five steps from invitation
to presentation.

1

You've been chosen

Someone who loves you has named you to their Love Team. A personal email explains the role. Take your time: this is an honor, not an obligation.

2

Complete your profile or reflection

Adult Children complete a short multiple-choice survey about the person they love. Trusted Love Advisors answer three reflective questions. Neither takes more than 15 minutes.

3

Browse The Garden — as a team

When the Seeker's membership activates, your Love Team receives access to The Garden: photos, 60-second videos, essence statements. You discuss what resonates among yourselves, unhurried.

4

Reach out and vet — team to team

You never start with the candidate. You reach out to their Love Team, so the first conversation happens between people who love someone rather than strangers trying to impress each other. After that, how you meet them is up to the two teams: a call, a video chat, in person.

5

Make the presentation

You present your chosen candidates to the Seeker, each with their photo, their video, and a personal note from your Love Team explaining why this person. Up to 3 in the first two months.

The Presentation Moment

Not a match suggestion.
An act of love.

This is what the person you love receives when your team is ready.

"When your Love Team presents someone to you, it is not a match suggestion. It is an act of love. And you will feel the difference."
— Monique Alemán, Founder

And a no is an ordinary outcome, not a failure.

The person you love can decline any introduction you bring — without a conversation, without a reason, and without your feelings being on the line. They never owe you an explanation, and you never need to ask for one.

Nobody who helped is let down by two decent people deciding they’re not a match.

Why This Model Works

Human discernment over
gamification.

You see what data cannot

An algorithm sees data points. You see their history, their values, their nonnegotiables, and the quiet things they have never had to say aloud because you already know.

Built-in accountability

Love Team to Love Team vetting means every conversation happens between people with real names and real relationships. No bots. No catfishing. No ambiguity about who is on the other side.

No competing agenda

A professional matchmaker has a business to run. An algorithm has engagement metrics to optimize. You have one agenda: their happiness.

Protection for the Seeker

They never browse. They never scroll. They never take on the anxiety and rejection of being on an app alone. They are presented to, not exposed.
